I am a bit of a novice and have been to a few dispensaries around Massachusetts and always been impressed at how helpful the staff has been… until today. Maybe I just got the wrong person, but when I asked for some advice on getting a vape, I was referred to the screen of the website with no assistance. I left disappointed & don’t think I will be back.

Theory is my go to. Today I went and was surprised by the Thanksgiving Sale. Instead of $150, my order came to $104 for the same products I always get. Been going to Theory since the early days of standing in line in the snow and freezing my butt off. Good times!

Great place, was there when It opened and it's always been the best,I now live closer to the chicopee one but it also has a great vibe and great medical products. Been to alot of dispensaries and Theory is the Bestest.... Thank you! Update: my goto dispensary IS Theory! Chicopee is my home base,tho I harkin from Granville. The folks are really helpful and patient, as a medical user I really appreciate the attention to the fact some of us not only enjoy the uplifting side effects of cannabis but also the discovery of its actual medical benefits. This store is pretty awesome. Their Theory brand flower is outstanding. Staff is usually super nice. Lily is awesome and super helpful, and actually cares if the customer enjoys the experience there. I had a not so pleasant experience with the manager a few weeks ago that would generally make me stop shopping at a store, but the flower and Lilly make up for the managers poor conduct. Definitely go there. There's nothing better in the Berkshires.
