By accessing or using Comercii's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services Description
Comercii provides web development and digital marketing services, including:

- Website rebuilds and modernization
- Monthly website management and maintenance

Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Service Terms and Pricing
All pricing, payment terms, and service deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing clients.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in service agreements
Intellectual Property Rights
Client-Owned Content
You retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials you provide to us ("Client Content"). By providing Client Content, you grant Comercii a license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Comercii-Created Work
Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to custom designs, code, and content created specifically for your project. Comercii retains the right to:
- Display completed projects in our portfolio
- Reuse general frameworks, templates, and methodologies
- Utilize third-party libraries and open-source components
Website Content and Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content without permission
- Interfere with other users' access to our services
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, email services, analytics tools). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comercii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Comercii harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
