Went in today on the Medical side..1st time..19$ gs of wax and shatter..Great Deal!! Nice people and no long wait. I'll definitely be back for more

First off the look of this dispensary really will let you know what you're in for? I've visited this shop twice and both times I left very disappointed. my first visit was for $19 gram of shatter however when I came they did not have and my last visit very similar a offer found in westword magazine for gram of shatter for $17 with no instructions to bring coupon in with purchase however when I show up and ask about the offer a very rude but tender told me I must present a coupon to complete purchase when this requirement was never stated on ad posted in magazine. I recommend you do not go to this dispensary.

Used to love this place but things change. After buying an 1/8 Skywalker I found 8-10 seeds in pebble sized buds. When I asked about it they (Quinton) made it seem normal and most of their lower end strains now have seeds. Also make sure to check what they give you as it has not been reflective of sample jars which look healthy. Seems there is much better "alternatives"

Bar none, hand down my worst dispensary experience ever. I walked through the door and approached the "reception" window. She was involved in a discussion with her trainer or supervisor regarding some procedure or policy. I know because I was just standing there as they ignored me. I stood there waiting long enough for it to start to feel pretty awkward. It must be said I have a condition called Spasmodic Torticollis. I spasm, I vocalize and I live with a lot of physical pain everyday. I am totally disabled. Finally the receptionist asked if it was my first time here. I said it was and that it was the ad for $11 1/8th that brought me in. She said she needed me to fill out two forms. No problem. I filled out the first form but on the second form I had a question. I asked the receptionist if this would change my caregiver? She said it was a standard HIPPA release and would not change my caregiver. I said okay and signed. She asked me to have a seat and said someone would be right with me. I sat and waited...and waited. Then the door I had come in opened and a lady (an owner?) popped in...She looked directly into my eyes, ignored me and started talking to the receptionist...she was talking to the receptionist about me!!! "When does his card expire?" I was less than five feet away from this unknown person and she was taking about me as if I didn't exist!!! Rude. I tuned in... The unknown lady say's to the receptionist, "He's recreational right?" Why would she assume I'm recreational and why is that a negative. Obviously I have SOME sort of condition given that I'm spasming, vocalizing and look terrible from pain but whatever. I spoke up and I said, "Nope I'm medical." She considered this for a moment before asking me where I saw the coupon. I told her weed deals. She asked if I'd brought the coupon. I only own a pc so I said "No I left my pc at home." I was joking. She asked me if I could show it to her on my smartphone. Lady, I'm poor, disabled and living on a fixed income I don't have a smartphone. She say's, "Oh I remember that coupon it's expired." I knew she was lying the minute she said it. I left but I was pissed. I rode home as fast as I could to check the expiration date of the coupon before she could delete it. Next to expiration on all of Advanced Medical Alternatives coupons on Weed Deals it say's the same thing: null. Meaning there is no expiration. The owner lied to me. In their defense... maybe they played the odds. What are the odds someone will come in and actually want to buy $11 1/8th's. Lost. What are the odds if we lie to and treat customers poorly they're going to know? Lost. What are the odds if they do catch us that they'll actually take the time to write a review and tell others? Lost. If you don't want to sell $11 1/8th's then stop advertising them. Either honor the ad or say I have to print out or otherwise have the coupon. A lie such as this when it's so obviously transparent just makes you and your shop look bad...and left me feeling horrible when my sole goal was to feel better. Problems like this dispensary is having start at the top and work there way down. First, I called from outside of the place and no one answered the phone. I went in minutes later to find at least 3 employees there and not a single person could be bothered to answer the phone? Second, the receptionist and her trainer/supervisor talking procedure/policy while I'm standing right there without a greeting for longer than should be appropriate. Third, the unknown lady, obviously in charge over the other two enters a room and doesn't acknowledge the only customer in the room and promptly starts talking to the receptionist about said customer and I didn't feel in a positive way. It's painfully obvious one group is taking cues from the other or maybe that's just the way they intend to do business. I for one will never go back and would not recommend this dispensary to anyone. Before long they'll be writing there own reviews just to boost their ratings and stay in business.
